This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times.Key Responsibilities Processing sales orders received via email, fax, and phoneEnsuring all orders are accurately input into the systemLiaising with customers and depot staff regarding orders and delivery issuesWorking closely with stock control and distribution teamsAnswering general customer enquiries and resolving queriesProviding Reception and switchboard cover when requiredInvestigating and actioning customer credit issuesAssisting with invoice distribution and other administrative tasksContributing to ad-hoc projects and supporting senior management when needed Skills and ExperienceEssential: Previous experience delivering excellent customer serviceExceptional telephone ..... full job details .....
