This is a key role within our customer service and sales support function, working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.What You''ll Be DoingSales and Purchase AdministrationProcess and manage sales and purchase orders in our ERP systemHandle customer quotes, acknowledgements, and tender filesEnsure accuracy in pricing, VAT, and incotermsCommunicate effectively with customers and internal teamsShipping and ExportCoordinate shipments and logisticsLiaise with warehousing and distribution teamsTrack deliveries and resolve shipment queriesInvoicing and PaymentsGenerate and distribute customer invoicesFollow up on advance payments and order-related transactionsCustomer Service and SupportRegister and follow up on customer complaintsMaintain accurate customer records and databasesArchive documents in line with audit and compliance standardsCross-Team CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance teamsBuild strong relationships across departments and with customersCompliance and Continuous ImprovementFollow company policies, health and safety regulations, and ethical ..... full job details .....
