      <description>Location: Gloucester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Act as the primary point of contact for buying applicants, guiding them through buying and selling process.- Build and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and buyers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.- Provide market insights and professional advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions.- Manage and update property listings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness if needed.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Key Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in estate agency or sales is highly desirable, but not essential.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.- Full driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
