Sales Negotiator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and respected independent estate agency based in Dudley. This is a varied role that will see you managing residential property sales while also supporting the lettings department when required. Although the majority of your work will be within the Dudley borough, you will also assist clients across the wider West Midlands. Key Responsibilities Register new buyers and understand their property requirements. Arrange and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful sales. Progress property sales from offer agreed through to completion. Maintain regular contact with buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved in the sales process. Generate property valuations and identify new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Manage property enquiries via telephone, email, and in person. Support the marketing of available properties across online portals and social media. Assist the lettings team with applicant registrations, viewings, tenancy enquiries, and general administration when required.
