Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency Location: Cheshire Salary: Up to £30,000 + commission Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm - Monday to Friday, every other Saturday: 8.30am - 4.30pm with a day off in the week We''re working with a highly successful independent estate agency in East Cheshire who are looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their busy residential sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone already working within estate agency who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic and takes a proactive approach to getting deals across the line. You''ll be joining an experienced and motivated team handling a varied portfolio of residential properties across North Cheshire and South Manchester, with strong earning potential and genuine opportunities to progress. What you will do: Registering and building relationships with prospective buyers Understanding buyers'' requirements and matching them with suitable properties Booking and carrying out property viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Keeping clients updated throughout the sales process Maintaining accurate records and updating property listings Liaising with colleagues, clients and external parties Supporting property marketing across online, social and traditional channels Contributing towards individual and branch sales targets Delivering a consistently high level of customer service What We''re Looking For A minimum of 2 year''s current estate agency experience ..... full job details .....
