Sales Negotiator - Prime Central London Location: Mayfair We are recruiting a motivated Sales Negotiator on behalf of an established independent estate agency specialising in prime central London property. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, commercially minded estate agent who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals and delivering a high standard of service. The role You will support buyers and sellers throughout the residential sales process, from initial enquiries and viewings through to agreed offers and completion. Your responsibilities will include: Registering buyers and understanding their requirements, budget and purchasing position. Matching applicants with suitable properties and arranging viewings. Conducting professional viewings and providing prompt feedback to vendors. Following up enquiries and maintaining regular contact with prospective buyers. Negotiating offers and communicating agreed terms accurately. Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting, referrals and relationship building. Keeping vendors informed of activity, feedback and offers. Liaising with colleagues, solicitors and mortgage advisers to support sales progression. Maintaining accurate property and applicant records on the CRM. Developing your local market knowledge and working towards agreed sales targets.
