Are you a confident, driven individual with sales or estate agency experience who enjoys negotiating, solving problems and winning business? Do you want to join a well-established regional estate agency where you can make an impact, develop your skills and build a long-term career?

This is a full-time permanent position within an established New Homes team, working predominantly from the Exeter office and supporting the sale of new homes across the region. You''ll be responsible for handling enquiries, working with buyers, negotiating sales and helping to drive transactions through to completion.

This role would suit someone with a couple of years'' experience in estate agency or a similar sales environment who is looking for a new challenge.

The Role:

• Manage enquiries, work with buyers and negotiate new home sales
• Support sales across the region
• Manage leads and activity through CRM
• Work towards performance-related commission and sales targets

The Person:

• Sales or estate agency experience
• Strong negotiator who is driven, competitive and enjoys achieving results
• Proactive problem-solver with a confident, can-do attitude
• Full UK driving license
