This role is for someone seeking a long-term career in estate agency and not suitable for those only looking for short-term opportunities.An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant / Estate Agent to join a well-established estate agency, supporting clients with property sales and building strong working relationships. As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant / Estate Agent, you will be responsible for handling property negotiations, driving sales, and managing the end-to-end sales process efficiently. This role offers a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 with an OTE of circa £45,000, plus benefits. The candidates without prior estate or property experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong transferable skills, a positive attitude, and the potential to succeed in a sales-driven environment.You will be responsible for:Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve suitable outcomesSupporting property valuations and helping to secure new instructionsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales processArranging and conducting property viewings and providing feedbackManaging the sales pipeline from sale agreed through to completionSupporting branch targets for valuations, viewings, and salesWhat we are looking for:Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar estate agency role1 2+ years experience within estate agency (preferred)Strong communication skills, both ..... full job details .....
