Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant to join an established estate agency operating across the local residential property market, supporting clients with property sales and related services. As a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant, you will be managing property sales from the branch, working directly with clients, conducting viewings and negotiating agreed sales. This full-time role offers a basic salary of £25,000, OTE £40,000 and benefits. Candidates should live within approximately a 30-minute commute of the office. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Property Sales Consultant, Property Sales Negotiator, Property Consultant, Estate Agency Negotiator or in a similar role. Prior experience working within an estate agency A full UK driving licence and access to your own car Confident verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Competent IT skills A professional and presentable approach Shift: 5-day working week Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm Every second Saturday: 9:00am-4:00pm A day in lieu is provided for Saturday work This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant to take their property sales career forward.
