At least 1 years'' experience as a residential sales negotiator Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Highly motivated, professional, and well-organised Ability to work independently while supporting junior team members Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Woking branch A full UK driving licence.
