Pear Recruitment: Sales Negotiator Location: Highbury Salary: Basic £22,000 + Commission OTE £35,000 - £40,000 Hours: Mon Fri 9-6 / 1 Saturday in 3 We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our client s busy and successful Highbury office. If you have at least 1 year of experience in residential property sales and are looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing buyers, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and building strong relationships with clients and applicants. You ll play a key role in helping buyers find their ideal property while ensuring vendors receive an outstanding level of service throughout the sales process. The successful candidate will be confident, driven and target-focused, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
