Kensingotn High Street . Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm). Salary:

£18,000 - £22,000

with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme. Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance ( £2,500 PA ) or a car allowance ( £5,000 PA ) to support your daily commute.Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraintsViewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested buyers, providing detailed information and addressing any questions or concernsNegotiation: Skilfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible deal while representing client interestsSales Progression: Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with relevant parties for a smooth transactionClient Management: Provide regular updates and feedback to clients, maintain strong relationships, and offer professional guidanceMarket Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to advise clients accuratelyCompliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and industry standards, such as anti-money laundering and data protectionAdministration: Handle administrative tasks associated with property sales, including preparing contracts and maintaining accurate recordsDesired Skills

Valid Driving Licence: Essential for property viewingsResults-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, motivated to achieve and exceed targetsStrong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a dedication to delivering exceptional service and resultsTeam Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goalsExperience: Minimum 12 months experience in residential sales/lettingsAbout The Company
