Key Responsibilities Registering buyers and matching applicants to suitable propertiesConducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendorsNegotiating offers between buyers and sellersBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clientsGenerating new business opportunities and valuationsManaging property listings and ensuring details are accurate and up to dateProgressing sales through to completion while liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholdersHandling inbound and outbound calls professionallyMeeting individual and team sales targetsProviding excellent customer service at all times Candidate Requirements Previous experience within estate agency, property sales, or a customer-facing sales role preferredStrong ..... full job details .....
