The Role You will be responsible for: Managing the sales process from instruction through to completion Negotiating offers and progressing transactions Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers and landlords Winning new business and generating instructions Conducting viewings and providing exceptional customer service Managing applicants and matching buyers with suitable properties You''ll spend your first few months working closely with one of the Directors, receiving hands-on training and developing a strong understanding of the business and its clients. About You To be successful, you will have: Ideally auction experience, although outstanding Sales or Lettings Negotiators with 5+ years'' estate agency experience will also be considered A proven track record of winning business and closing deals Excellent negotiation and communication skills A proactive, target-driven approach A professional and personable manner A full UK driving licence What''s on ..... full job details .....
