      <description>Location: Royal Leamington Spa | Salary: &amp;pound;32000 - &amp;pound;38000/annum DOE Plus Bonus | Type: Permanent | Our client amarket leading consultancy specialising in business sales within the healthcare sector are looking to recruit a commercially aware Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Leamington  This is a relationship-led role where you''ll build trust with clients, generate buyer interest and negotiate successful sales.   The Role   Working alongside Business Brokers, you will:   Introduce practices to prospective buyers.  Build relationships with healthcare practices, buyers and investors.  Qualify buyers and match them with suitable opportunities.  Generate interest and manage follow-up throughout the sales process.  Negotiate offers and help agree successful deals.  Maintain accurate CRM records and support transactions through to handover.   You will be:   A confident and articulate communicator.  Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills.  Motivated, proactive and organised.  Experienced in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, estate agency or another relationship-focused commercial role.
