The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will: Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and the wider team to ensure transactions progress smoothly Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients Assist with property valuations and listings when required Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Sales Negotiator Requirements Minimum of 1 year''s estate agency sales experience Full UK driving licence Excellent communication and negotiation skills Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service Able to work independently while contributing to a successful team Organised, proactive, and target-driven What''s on Offer?
