Key Responsibilities

• Applicant Management: Qualify incoming enquiries, understand buyer requirements, and match them with our premium portfolio of Surrey properties.

• Conduct Viewings: Lead professional property viewings, highlighting key features and handling objections confidently.

• Deal Making: Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, working hard to achieve the best possible price for our clients.

• Canvassing & Sourcing: Actively book market appraisals (valuations) for the senior team through regular touting, leafleting, and database management.

• Sales Progression: Work closely with solicitors and financial advisors to ensure sales progress smoothly and efficiently to exchange of contracts.
