Salary: £22,000 basic + Commission (£55,000 OTE)

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you''ll be at the heart of our business—building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving sales forward. This is a varied, fast-paced role for someone who loves property, thrives on targets, and can create rapport with clients from all walks of life.
Key Responsibilities

• Registering new buyers and understanding their requirements.
• Arranging and conducting viewings with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Following up on leads and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
• Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred but not essential—attitude and drive matter most.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
• Excellent local knowledge of Croydon and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence and own car required.
