Are you a skilled estate agent looking for a new challenge? My client is seeking a sales negotiator to join their team.- -As a sales negotiator, you will play a key part in helping buyers find their dream property and working closely with vendors to support them through the sales process.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, trustworthy, and reliable. You will be responsible for daily management of buyers, regular communication with vendors, generating and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring sales progression.

• Daily management of buyers and sellers
• Regular market updates and communication with vendors
• Viewing arrangements and negotiations
• Sales progression and completion

You will be working as part of a close-knit team and reporting to our Branch Director. As a sales negotiator, you will benefit from an uncapped commission structure up to 30% plus cross-referral incentives.
