We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is preferred but not required 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team
• Driven and target-focused
• UK driving licence and own car required
