Roles: Sales Negotiator Salary: £20k OTE £35k (10% commission) Location: Hayes Days/ hours: Mon - Thursday: 9:30am - 6:30pm, Friday 9:30am - 5pm with Alternative Saturday 10am - 2pm Must have: Driving licence and car Sales Negotiator details As a Sales Negotiator, we would dialling out from the database and booking in viewings KEY REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years property sales experience required Must have your own car Must be well spoken and presentable Local to Hayes Bilingual The ideal Sales Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. To be considered for this position you will have at least 12 months experience. The Sales Negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed.
