You''ll play a vital role in selling both Shared Ownership and Open Market homes, helping customers navigate their home-buying journey while ensuring business sales targets are achieved. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships, and being at the heart of a fast-paced property sales environment. What you''ll be doing: As the first point of contact for prospective buyers, you''ll take ownership of the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to handover to the Sales Progression Team. Key responsibilities include: Managing, qualifying and nurturing all sales leads and customer enquiries. Conducting viewings, open days and sales events across our developments. Supporting customers through every stage of the purchase process. Assessing eligibility and affordability for Shared Ownership purchases. Working closely with financial advisors, solicitors, mortgage providers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
