About the Role
As Sales & Marketing Executive – Student Accommodation in Wembley, you will join a leading provider on a full-time, ongoing temporary contract paying £20 per hour. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, your primary duties include following up student enquiries, providing pricing and availability details, and issuing tailored quotations. You will also host property show rounds, representing the brand in person and online to prospective residents. This role requires a confident, people-focused professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Prior sales or marketing experience within accommodation, property, or a similar sector is beneficial. You will support the busy team during a peak period, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants.

What you’ll be doing
- Student enquiry follow‑ups — responding promptly to prospective students, providing pricing, availability, and tailored quotations.
- Property show rounds — hosting engaging tours of the accommodation, highlighting facilities, benefits, and community features.
- University networking — connecting with local universities, building partnerships, and attending in‑person events to promote the property.
- Sales support — ensuring enquiries are logged, tracked, and converted efficiently.
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or property tours
- Comfortable speaking with students from diverse backgrounds
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
- Happy to attend external events and represent the brand in person
