Develop and implement a local marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand valuesLead and mentor a small team of Business Development ExecutivesWork alongside central support functions and external consultants to deliver campaignsIdentify, pursue, and optimise new business opportunitiesBuild and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support retention and growthOversee digital and social media campaigns to drive brand presenceEnsure all activity is compliant with regulatory requirements and company guidelinesSkills, Experience and Training Requirements

Minimum 2 years\'' experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to business developmentProven experience leading or mentoring a teamSector experience in insurance or financial services is desirable, but not essentialStrong strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial awarenessExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience managing social media and digital marketing campaignsFull UK driving licence and access to own transportHow to Apply
