This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, converting enquiries into sales and taking ownership of the performance of a busy store.The RoleAs Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store is presented to a consistently high standard.This is a varied and hands-on role where you will manage customer enquiries by phone, email and face to face, identify the right solution and convert leads into reservations and new customers.You will be the face of the store, building relationships with personal, business and local trade customers while helping to increase revenue, improve conversion and support the continued growth of the site.The role will involve weekend working as part of the rota, although there are no late evenings.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries by phone, email and face to face, converting leads into reservations and sales.Drive store performance across revenue, sales conversion and customer satisfaction.Build strong relationships with personal, business and local trade ..... full job details .....
