This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business where you''ll take responsibility for leading a large sales operation, developing your team and driving the dealership towards its commercial and customer satisfaction targets. You''ll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of up to 30 people, maximising sales performance and ensuring the dealership consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience. The Role As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading, managing and developing a large automotive sales team. Driving new and used vehicle sales performance against agreed targets. Monitoring individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans. Coaching and mentoring Sales Executives and other members of the team to maximise their potential. Managing sales processes from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Driving customer satisfaction, retention and repeat business. Monitoring sales KPIs, conversion rates, profitability and other key performance indicators.
