We are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a premium motorhome dealership, taking responsibility for showroom operations, sales performance and the development of the sales team. The RoleAs Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue, maximising lead conversion and maintaining a consistently high level of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targetsManaging stock levels, vehicle displays and online marketing listingsMaximising lead conversion and identifying opportunities to increase salesStructuring finance and FandI deals while ensuring full regulatory complianceOverseeing customer handovers to ensure a seamless and premium experienceMonitoring team KPIs and sales performanceReporting directly to dealership directorsDeveloping a positive, high-performing and supportive sales culture About YouWe are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong leadership and commercial skills.
