As a Sales Manager you''ll be involved with the following:Interviewing potential new staff members for your teamSupporting with coaching, training and ongoing developmentHelping the BDMs via their career pathways to progress to the next levelCompleting morning huddles daily to set goals for the day121''s, setting KPIs, and demo target managementManaging a team of 10-12 BDMs throughout the dayYou''ll be responsible for 12 Sales Consultants on your team, working closely to bring out the best in them. The better your team perform, the more commission you will earn.
