Job Description The Sales Manager: Conduct in-home consultations with high-net-worth clients to understand their storage, design and lifestyle requirements. Design bespoke luxury wardrobe and dressing room solutions that align with customer expectations, aesthetics and budgets. Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to design presentation, quotation and contract completion. Ensure enquiries and inbound leads are responded to in a timely manner, customer expectations are exceeded, and sales opportunities are maximised. Generate revenue through a consultative sales approach, identifying client needs and converting opportunities into successful sales.
