They are seeking a Sales Manager to join their Head Office team and lead the telephone-based onboarding team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by managing and developing a team focused on onboarding new contractors and closing sales opportunities with high efficiency and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or inside sales management and a passion for motivating teams to exceed targets. Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm OR 9:00am-5:30pm Office based, 5 days per week. No hybrid or remote working available in this position.
