This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional with experience in drinks, hospitality, or On Trade sales to take ownership of regional growth, develop strong customer relationships, and manage a small team within a fast-moving and competitive market. The Role As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across the On Trade channel, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. You will also support and lead a small team while working collaboratively with wider sales teams and external partners. This is a field-based position, requiring regular travel to customer sites across the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive volume growth across On Trade customers. Manage and support a small team of Business Development Executives, ensuring strong engagement and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with pubs, bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues. Identify and develop new routes to market and partnership opportunities.
