The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing performance, and developing a high-performing sales team within a competitive telecoms market.The RoleAs Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales team and pipeline, with responsibility for:• Managing, motivating, and developing a team of sales executives / BDMs• Driving new business revenue across telecoms solutions (connectivity, VoIP, cloud, hosted services, etc.)• Setting sales targets, KPIs, and clear performance expectations• Coaching underperformance and accelerating top performers• Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM• Working closely with senior leadership on sales strategy and growth plans• Leading by example with hands-on sales activity where requiredThe CandidateThis role will suit someone who is currently managing a sales team within telecoms or a strong Senior BDM ready to step up.• Proven experience in telecoms sales (essential)• Demonstrable success managing and driving sales team performance• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and pipeline management• Confident, credible leader with a hands-on ..... full job details .....
