Position: Sales and Marketing ManagerLocation: WitneySalary: 35,000 per annum (plus commission) Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the growth in the commercial laundry and textile sector. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering effective marketing strategies.The successful candidate will balance commercial ambition with operational awareness, ensuring that sales growth aligns with our production capabilities and quality standards.The Role:Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong, long-term client relationships across all accounts. Conduct quarterly face-to-face reviews with every customer to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring issues are logged and tracked through the CRM system.Sales Growth and Business Development Increase sales of new laundry contracts, with a strong focus on colleges and high-end hotels. Drive new business acquisition while expanding our footprint within existing customers. Achieve sales targets as set out by the directors, with clear strategies for growth.
