Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets
- Develop and implement commercial sales strategies that support business growth
- Drive collaboration across sales teams to maximise customer opportunities
- Analyse sales performance, forecasts and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Take ownership of pricing strategy to maximise margins while maintaining customer value
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting key accounts where required
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Monitor competitor activity and respond with effective commercial initiatives

About You
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar commercial leadership role
- A proven track record of leading and motivating successful sales teams
- Experience selling physical products within sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, engineering, industrial, steel or similar
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales data, produce forecasts and make informed business decisions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching, developing and inspiring people
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve performance, processes and customer outcomes
