Sales Manager Location: Burnham, Slough Salary: £30,000 OTE: £70,000 Car Allowance: £4,800 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join an established estate agency in Burnham. This Sales Manager role is ideal for someone who is currently managing a successful sales department, or an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager / Valuer looking to step up into a Sales Manager position. ROLE OVERVIEW As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance within the branch, managing and developing the sales team, and delivering excellent service to vendors and buyers. You will play a key role in winning new business, carrying out valuations, negotiating offers, and ensuring sales are progressed smoothly through to completion. This Sales Manager position offers strong earning potential and the opportunity to work with an incredible multi branch, well established, independent agency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the day-to-day running of the sales department Carrying out valuations and winning new instructions Driving business development and generating new opportunities Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Supporting the sales progression process through to completion Managing, motivating, and developing the sales team Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients Working towards targets and KPIs REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in residential property sales Experience as a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Valuer Strong ..... full job details .....
