Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Drive vehicle sales, finance penetration, and profitability across the department. Monitor and manage individual and team performance against agreed targets. Recruit, coach, and support sales executives to achieve their full potential. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention levels. Manage stock levels and vehicle displays to maximise sales opportunities. Oversee sales processes and ensure compliance with company and FCA guidelines. Produce accurate sales forecasts and departmental reports.
