This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced property professional looking to take responsibility for leading a successful residential sales team and driving branch performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, achieving branch targets, generating new business, conducting valuations, securing instructions, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion. We are looking for someone who is confident, commercially driven and target-focused, with strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills and an excellent knowledge of the residential property market. You should be able to inspire your team, develop staff and consistently deliver high levels of customer service and sales performance.
