What the job actually is, day to day Winning new rental business across construction, vacant property and security, and building a pipeline into higher-specification markets: rail, defence, critical national infrastructure, utilities and telecoms. Managing and growing the existing rental accounts, including a number of partner relationships through which our units reach site. Pricing rental deals properly, which means understanding what a unit costs us per day, what the market will bear, and where the margin actually comes from. Owning the pipeline and producing a monthly forecast the business can plan and buy stock against.
