What We''re Looking For: CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) (must have)Demonstrated expertise in managing financial services or in a related leadership position.Excellent people management and leadership abilities.Thorough understanding of sales procedures, industry rules, and financial services.Knowledge of KPI management and the capacity to pinpoint areas in need of development.
