Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and closing. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, customer satisfaction, and retention. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales approaches. Coach and support team members to improve performance, pipeline quality, and conversion rates.
