Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the drainage sector to join a well-established national home services business. The role will focus on driving new business growth, with particular responsibility for developing national and key accounts. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, identify new commercial opportunities and work closely with the wider operational and franchise network to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue. Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new business opportunities across national and key accounts Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers Develop and manage a strong, active sales pipeline Identify new markets, customers and service opportunities Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and presentations Use networking, cold calling and other sales methods to generate qualified opportunities Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and account growth Support the wider network with national and key account opportunities Analyse market trends and competitor activity Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports and performance updates Work closely with Marketing, Finance and operational teams to support customers Contribute to budgets and wider business growth plans Ensure high standards of customer service and protect the reputation of the brand Experience Required Proven sales or business development experience within the drainage industry Strong technical ..... full job details .....
