Sales Manager - Innovative Property Solution

Sales Manager We are recruiting a commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of a growing Rent Whilst Selling service for an innovative property business. The company helps homeowners achieve more from the sale of their property by combining sales distribution, property transformation and rental management. Its Rent Whilst Selling service enables owners of suitable properties to generate rental income while their home remains on the sales market, reducing the cost of leaving it empty. This is a hands-on closing role with direct responsibility for converting an existing pipeline of homeowner enquiries into signed instructions and properties ready to launch. The opportunity You will inherit an active pipeline and receive ongoing referrals from internal teams and external partners. Working closely with the founders and rentals team, you will qualify each opportunity, establish the commercial case for the homeowner and progress viable leads through to signed management agreements. The immediate priority is conversion. The company is therefore looking for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, asking direct questions, handling objections and confidently asking for the business. As the service develops, you will also help create a more structured and repeatable sales process, improving conversion rates, forecasting and the overall client journey.
