This role will suit an accomplished sales leader with a strong telephone sales background, exceptional coaching ability and proven experience of leading high-performing teams through periods of change and growth. The Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding commercial performance while creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Sales and Experience Director and the wider senior leadership team, you will use data, insight and experience to drive conversion, maximise revenue and enhance customer experience. Key areas of responsibility Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing telephone sales team. Take ownership of all sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, productivity, revenue and customer satisfaction scores. Embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and exceptional customer service. Challenge existing processes, policies and behaviours where they hinder performance or customer experience.
