The Ned City of London houses Ned''s Club - a private members'' space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.As part of the Sales team, you will:Be responsible for attracting new business, maintaining customer relationships, and delivering to budget for our Groups and Events departmentMake regular sales calls to UK accounts, managing both direct and agency relationshipsAttend UK or European tradeshows where relevantRegularly host site inspections, and entertain clients so they can see what we have to offerResolicit business and assess trends for new business.Assess your accounts to maximise revenue potentialNegotiate contract rates with clients and follow up on all proposals and request for proposalsCompile and analyse month end reports, implementing action plans to improve our market share penetrationWhat ..... full job details .....
