Sales Manager

Freightserve-recruitment-are-looking-for-a-Sales-Manager-for-a-well-established- Freight-Forwarder.-The-role-is-based-in-the-Sunbury-on-Thames-area.

Duties:-

• Full-responsibility-for-overseeing-and-managing-the-Sales-operation
• Working-closely-with-the-MD-on-all-Sales-matters
• Responsible-for-growing-the-department-(including-recruitment)
• Managing-Sales-executives-(Internal-and-External)
• Meeting-with-clients-virtually-or-during-sales-visits
• Building-up-suspects-and-converting-them-to-prospects
• Profiling-customers
• Demonstrating-and-presenting-products
• Assist-with-generating-new-business
• Managing-and-growing-existing-clients
• Maintaining-accurate-sales-records
• Attending-trade-exhibitions,-conferences-&-meetings
• Reviewing-sales-performance
• Negotiating-contracts-with-customers-and-closing-the-contract
• Working-towards-monthly-or-annual-targets.

Requirements:-

Freight-sales-experience

Ability-to-sell-all-products-including-Air,-Ocean-and-Roadfreight
