With rapid expansion across the UK and US, they''re looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead, coach and scale the Account Executive team. The Opportunity This is a genuine player-coach role for a sales leader who still enjoys being in the action. You''ll own new business performance, working alongside Account Executives on live opportunities, coaching them through deals, and building a sales culture that consistently delivers month after month. This isn''t a management role where success comes from dashboards alone you''ll be actively involved in helping your team win. Working closely with senior leadership, you''ll have real ownership over performance, hiring, coaching and the future growth of the sales organisation. What You''ll Be Doing Lead and develop a team of Account Executives selling SaaS solutions across the UK and US. Own and deliver monthly new business revenue targets. Join customer demos, presentations and commercial negotiations to help close strategic opportunities. Coach reps through live deals using call reviews, pipeline analysis and structured feedback.
