Sales Manager

to lead our EMEA sales efforts, overseeing both strategic business development and day-to-day leadership of the regional sales team. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment and brings a passion for developing people, driving performance, and fostering long-term customer relationships.Role Responsibilities:Deliver sales revenue targets and profitable growth across the EMEA regionLead, support and develop a regional sales team, with a focus on performance, capability and engagementRepresent Zotefoams at industry events and trade exhibitions, acting as a brand ambassadorCollaborate with marketing to shape and implement effective go-to-market strategiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing long-term customer partnershipsAnalyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform strategyChampion cross-functional collaboration across commercial, technical and operational teamsWhat you''ll need:Strong B2B sales background, with experience managing customer accounts across multiple territoriesProven people management or team leadership experience, with a focus on coaching and developmentCommercial acumen, with a track record of delivering growth and building sustainable customer relationshipsFlexibility to travel across the EMEA region as requiredWhat were looking for?Natural leader and strategic thinkerComfortable operating at pace and in matrix structuresCollaborative and team-orientedStrong communicator, able to influence at all levelsWhy Join Us?At Zotefoams, we believe in fostering a supportive and innovative environment where everybody can thrive.
