This is an extremely important role for them and is crucial in driving the sales team forward. This role combines two key responsibilities: leading the sales team and building strategic relationships with high-value prospects.The Sales Manager will own team performance, sales targets and health scores, while improving sales processes, driving sustainable growth and maximising gross profit. They will also create new opportunities through strategic introductions, with sales representatives responsible for managing and closing each opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipOwn sales performance, targets and health scores.Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable.Monitor performance through regular 1:1s and team meetings.Improve and embed effective sales processes and working practices.Coach and develop team members to improve skills and performance.Drive sustainable growth and maximise gross profit.Business DevelopmentBuild relationships with ideal customers and high-value prospects.Create opportunities through strategic introductions.Strengthen key relationships and hand opportunities to sales representatives to manage and close.Operational OwnershipProvide weekly sales performance reports.Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data.Lead the delivery of agreed ..... full job details .....
