The Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales activity across a defined market, with a particular focus on long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will take ownership of inbound enquiries, generate new opportunities, and guide clients through the full sales cycle. Working alongside marketing and operational teams, you will ensure clients receive tailored solutions and a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generating leads and developing new business opportunities.
- Responding to inbound enquiries and converting them into successful orders.
- Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver strong marketing campaigns and compelling proposals.
- Keeping accurate sales pipelines and reports to support business decisions.
- Sharing market insights to shape future strategy and product development.
- An excellent communicator who thrives on building relationships.
- Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally within the construction or modular industry
- Commercially aware, organised, and results driven.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement processes would be advantageous.
