Looking for a UK Field and Event Sales Manager to lead our event-based customer acquisition strategy. You''ll manage and grow a nationwide team of passionate Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they''re in the right places, delivering great customer experiences and reaching sales targets.
This role blends hands-on field work with strategy. You''ll plan and deliver events, recruit and coach ambassadors, manage budgets, forecast ROI and improve where and how we show up. Working closely with Marketing, Ops and Finance, you''ll ensure every event drives impact and reflects our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale our nationwide freelance Brand Ambassador programme
Plan, coordinate and deliver events across the UK
Recruit, onboard and coach Brand Ambassadors to meet sales and quality targets
Monitor performance, track results and identify opportunities to improve
Manage event budgets and assess expected returns before committing resources
Maintain brand standards at all events, from messaging to merchandise
Build strong processes to support teams in the field
Work with Marketing and Growth teams to align on messaging and acquisition goals
What You''ll Bring
- Experience managing field sales or ambassador programmes, ideally in DTC or subscription brands
- Strong budget and ROI management skills
- Leadership and coaching experience with remote or freelance teams
- Organisational skills and a drive to improve processes
- Confident communication and passion for customer experience
